Rayzon Solar is one of the leading manufacturer of Mono PERC and TOPCon modules in India. We are offering Mono PERC modules up to 560 W and an efficiency of around 21.7%. These modules are made with Gallium-doped P-type half-cut solar cells having 10 busbars. The PERC modules are available with a White Backsheet (referred to as Monofacial modules) and also with a transparent back cover (back sheet or glass) which are referred to as Bifacial modules. Bifacial modules generate more power as compared to monofacial modules, as they can harvest the sunlight from the front and also the reflected light from the environment on the backside. The power generation from the Bifacial modules can be between 5% to 25% higher than the monofacial counterparts, depending on the albedo of the ground. We are providing a warranty on the annual power degradation rate of 0.45%/ year for the dual glass Mono PERC modules, while it is 0.6%/year for the backsheet-based Monofacial modules. Also recently we have launched Dual Glass TOPCon modules with output up to 590 Wp and an efficiency of 22.86%. The TOPCon modules are made from N-type 16 busbar solar cells encapsulated in Glass to Glass laminate, which has very high reliability and our annual power degradation warranty of 0.4 %/year is in tune with the largest solar panel manufacturers in the world. All our products are BIS and IEC certified, and we have also tested our Dual Glass Mono PERC modules in extended reliability tests (3 times of IEC 61215 standard requirement). Further, we are planning for PVEL certification of our TOPCon modules, which is considered the benchmark of module reliability in the international market.
Whenever there is an expansion of any manufacturing facility, there is firstly planning done for smooth execution, but still, during actual execution, there will be some surprises. Particularly, in our case, there was a very rapid expansion from 40 MW to 3000 MW within a span of 5 years. There were certain phases during this transformation when we were not able to recruit sufficient experienced manpower for the new lines so we had to do with the existing manpower and train freshers in large numbers to meet the manpower requirements. Also during the expansion phase, we ramped up the Quality Control processes by introducing new tests for stringent quality control of the raw materials and finished products, and due to the constant addition of the testing equipment, we had to split the QC test lab and the Module Reliability Labs and new facility had to be developed for module-level reliability tests.
Over the next few years, Rayzon Solar’s primary objectives will revolve around expanding market reach, enhancing product efficiency, and fostering sustainability. We aim to penetrate emerging markets while consolidating our presence in established ones, leveraging strategic partnerships and innovative marketing strategies. Our focus will remain on advancing solar panel technology, improving efficiency, durability, and affordability to meet the growing demand for renewable energy solutions. Furthermore, we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint by optimizing manufacturing processes and promoting recycling initiatives, aligning with our vision for a greener future.
In the near future, Rayzon Solar’s key strengths lie in its innovative technology, sustainable practices, and robust manufacturing capabilities. Leveraging cutting-edge advancements in solar panel technology, we continue to produce high-efficiency panels that offer superior performance and durability. Our commitment to sustainability extends throughout our operations, from sourcing eco-friendly materials to minimizing waste and carbon emissions.
