Education:
  • CA or related field
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage accounts receivable for collections and follow-ups.
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Payroll Support: Coordinate with HR for payroll processing, including calculations of deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and forecasting financial performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or other relevant certifications (preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
