We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager to spearhead our business development efforts with real estate developers and large institutional clients in the Bengaluru region. The role will focus on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Rayzon Solar’s presence in the developer ecosystem.
Build and manage strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and EPC companies
Drive business growth by promoting Rayzon Solar’s modules and solar solutions to key accounts
Identify and develop new opportunities within the developer and commercial segment
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement mapping, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
Act as a single point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, projects, supply chain) for seamless execution and delivery
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and feasibility analyses
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the solar sector
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy account receivables
Maintain accurate data in CRM and submit periodic MIS and performance reports
Strong understanding of solar industry
Proven ability to manage large/key accounts and close high-value deals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Renewable Energy (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales, with focus on developer or institutional clients
Strong network within Bengaluru’s real estate developer ecosystem will be an added advantage
