Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
Promote and sell solar products such as solar panels, inverters, EPC solutions, and rooftop solar systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers to clients.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and CRM updates.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar / renewable energy / EPC industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of solar products and renewable energy solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
