We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Deputy Sales Manager for our on-site operations in Amravati. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on management of the sales team and developing strategies to drive market growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading sales initiatives. The Deputy Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s growth in the renewable energy sector.
Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis
Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis
Strong Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar technology, is highly desirable
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team while achieving sales objectives
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Amravati, with flexibility to travel if required
