• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, storage, and end-user devices.

• Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions.

• Monitor performance of systems and networks, ensuring high uptime.

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for escalated IT incidents.

• Support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

• Manage database servers (SQL, Oracle, etc.), ensuring performance and backup.

• Assist in integration of new business applications with existing systems.

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for business improvement.

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and technical support.
