Experience :

5+ years

Develop and execute HR and Admin strategy including but not limited to :

Conducting compliance audits for HR requirements, statutory compliances and maintaining sound HR standards as per factory Act, Labor laws, Minimum Wages Act, GPCB norms, management guidelines and knowledge of Code on Social Security 2020, Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020, Industrial Relations Code 2020, and Code on Wages 2019 will be an advantage.

Developing HR & Admin operational plans, overseeing implementation as well as conducting PMS, employee growth plans and conducting regular audits as mandated for compliance

Lead entire organization towards HR policies compliance and manage it further on regular basis

Developing and Conducting training for overall development of employees.

Create modern work environment and inclusive work culture in the plant. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the greenfield project.

Ensure all the regulatory and statutory compliances required to setup the plant is met.

Oversee the recruitment process for senior positions and HO employees.

Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances and disputes.

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Manage relationships with manpower agencies, unions and handle Negotiations.
