• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, talent management programs, and HR generalist activities.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee productivity, and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop people-related policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, industry standards by maintaining accurate records of employment data and ensuring timely reporting.
• Provide guidance on corporate HR best practices to line managers across various functions within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in developing & implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS), Talent Management Programs & Employee Engagement initiatives.
