Education:

• MBA in marketing or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control Department to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and strategies
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), ISO documents, and other quality-related documentation
• Ensure all activities adhere to the Quality Plans
• Supervise & monitor product inspection and testing activities, including random sampling for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), flash tests, visual inspections, EL inspections, electrical characteristics inspections, mechanical and robustness testing, and electrical safety testing.
• Monitor tests and inspections according to sampling plans
• Monitor Junior Team's assistance to the Inspecting agency during witness checks
• Develop and maintain criteria, drawings, QAP, and ISO documents
