This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales person for our sales team in the solar PV industry.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the solar PV industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential and performance.
- Establish sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals, and monitor team progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion, leveraging industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications :
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to present sales reports and data analysis effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
