We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager to lead business development in the Developer segment for solar modules. The role will focus on handling key accounts, expanding market share, and driving module sales to EPC contractors, IPPs, and large developers across Maharashtra and nearby regions.

This position requires strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage large project-based sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales of solar modules in the Developer segment.

• Manage and grow key accounts such as large EPC players, IPPs, and developers.

• Identify new project opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Production, Dispatch, Finance, and Planning) to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Ensure alignment between production planning and committed delivery timelines.

• Monitor dispatch schedules, billing, and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

• Maintain strong follow-up on receivables and ensure adherence to agreed payment terms.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, order book tracking, and MIS reports for management review.

• Keep track of competitor pricing, module availability, and market trends.

• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities :

• MBA.

• 6–8 years of experience in solar module sales, specifically handling Developer / EPC segment.

• Proven experience in closing large-scale solar deals.

• Good understanding of module technologies (Mono PERC, Topcon), supply chain, and project timelines.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations such as month-end dispatches and tight delivery schedules.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling high-volume order books and aggressive dispatch timelines.

• Exposure to dealing with customers who benchmark production and pricing with competitors.

• Strong coordination skills with internal teams to manage production allocation (e.g., planning multiple lines for key customers).

• Familiarity with LC processes, billing cycles, and logistics challenges in solar dispatch.
