Provide complete backend support to the sales team for daily sales operations.
Create, process, and monitor sales orders in CRM & SAP
Coordinate with logistics, PPC, and warehouse teams for dispatch planning and timely deliveries
Handle regular email communication, respond to queries, and provide timely updates to the sales team
Prepare dispatch reports, and ensure delivery status updates
Coordinate with finance/accounts team regarding payments, outstanding balances, credit limits, and invoicing
Follow up on customer payments and share status updates with the sales team.
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation including invoices, delivery challans, export document.
Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, order status, and payment reports
Resolve order, dispatch, or payment-related issues in coordination with internal teams
Ensure accuracy and compliance of data entered in SAP and CRM
Working experience in CRM, SAP or Optional Sales Force.
Understanding of sales order processing, logistics coordination, and payment follow-ups
Good command over MS Office and documentation
Strong communication skills for email and internal coordination and also Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
1 - 3 years of experience in sales back office / sales coordination
